I have been a local Payson resident for 30 years. I have been in real estate related fields for 18 years; 10 years as a mortgage planner, 4 years as an escrow professional, and 4 years as a licensed insurance agent.

I feel very proud to have a successful mortgage business in Payson and to have surrounded myself with the most experienced professionals in this field. As a Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist, I have studied the markets and feel competent in my ability to advise borrowers about trends in rates.

I have lived in Sedona for the last four years. During that time I have worked as a mortgage broker and have built a business that I am proud to say is 100% referral and return customer based. Prior to moving to Sedona, I had been in project finance related industries for over thirty years.

I grew up in Northern California and moved to Scottsdale, Arizona in 1993. I attended the University of Arizona and graduated with a business degree in Management of Information Systems in May of 2000. I then moved back to the Valley of the Sun and began building my resume in project management, finance and residential custom home building/contracting. In October of 2002 I decided to incorporate my skill set and take a job as a Residential Loan Originator with a local Phoenix company. In my years in this industry I have developed an overall strategy for my clients: utilizing mortgages to build wealth. In addition I have built and designed loan originator training programs and successfully taught and trained over 20 new loan originators and closely managed their progress while maintaining a high level of personal production. By understanding financial strategy and focusing on how the loans were structured for each individual client, I have been able to maintain and grow my client base.
